Terms

PixPost is run by Jacob Delega. By making an account you agree to these terms. Questions go to jacobdelega@gmail.com.

What PixPost does

You give PixPost images and a short brief. It uses an AI model to write slideshow copy, lays it out on your slides, and lets you edit and export the slides as images.

Your account

You sign in with a link sent to your email, so keep that inbox secure. One account is for one person. You have to be old enough to agree to these terms where you live.

Plans and billing

• Free: 3 decks. Exports carry a small "Made with PixPost" mark.
• Pro: $19 a month, plus sales tax where it applies. Each paid month gives 30 decks; unused decks don't carry over. Exports have no watermark, and that stays true after you cancel.
• A deck is one generation of a whole deck, new or redone. Rewriting one slide or asking for more hooks doesn't use a deck, but daily limits on AI use apply.
• Pro renews every month until you cancel. Cancel any time from Billing in the app; you keep that month's decks.
• Pro is sold through Link, Stripe's payment service, which is the seller of record for your purchase and collects any sales tax or VAT.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see your full card number.

Your content

What you upload and what you make is yours. You let us store and process it only to run PixPost, which includes sending your images and brief to our AI provider to write your slides. Only upload images you have the right to use, and nothing unlawful.

AI-written copy

The AI can get things wrong, including claims about your product. Read every slide before you post it: what you publish is your responsibility.

Fair use

Don't try to get around the limits, scrape or overload the service, or resell access. We may suspend accounts that do.

The fine print

PixPost is provided as it is, without warranties. As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. We may update these terms and will email you about changes that matter. You can stop using PixPost at any time, and we may close accounts that break these terms.

Privacy

What we keep

• Your email address, to sign you in.
• The images, briefs and decks you make.
• A record of your AI use and sign-in requests, to apply limits.
• For Pro, your Stripe customer number and plan dates. Card details stay with Stripe.
• Cookies that keep you signed in and remember your light or dark theme. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Who handles it for us

Vercel (hosting and image storage), MongoDB Atlas (the database), Anthropic (the AI model that writes slides; it receives your images and brief), Stripe (payments) and Resend (sign-in emails). We don't sell your data or share it for advertising.

Deleting it

Deleting a deck deletes its images. To delete your account and everything in it, email jacobdelega@gmail.com.

Refunds

If a charge wasn't right, or PixPost didn't work for you, email jacobdelega@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund it in full. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it doesn't refund the current month on its own.
